Occasionally The Virtu Group would like to contact you with the product information, events and promotional offers. If you consent to us using your contact details for this purpose, you have the right to modify or withdraw your consent by changing your preferences any time in the profile section of your Scope account or by using the opt-out/unsubscribe options provided.
Additionally, The Virtu Group will occasionally send you product information via email or post that have been identified as being beneficial to our customers and in our interests. Such information will be relevant to you as a customer and non-intrusive. You will always have the option to opt out/unsubscribe at any time but please bear in mind that in doing so it may affect the function/experience of the services we are able to provide.
Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their subscription service account.
Corporate events
If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by us on our websites and via our subscription service.
Lodging a complaint
The Virtu Group only processes your personal information in compliance with this privacy notice and in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. If, however you wish to raise a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or are unsatisfied with how we have handled your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
