Aperto One and Scope are coming together to host a lunch at ProcureCon Marketing, London on 12 June 2019.

The theme for the lunch is “How much should you pay your media agency? The calculations revealed”. This will help advertisers and their agencies create the right scope of work that uses data and deliverable-based pricing to create a faster, simpler and more profitable way of working.

The topic is timely with the industry still desperately seeking a new, more effective and transparent way to price marketing services for agencies than the current, and widely agreed, inadequate FTE model.

Aperto One was launched by Scott Moorhead in 2017 as a strategic and commercial consultancy helping advertisers achieve smarter, more effective and valuable partnerships with their agencies. The company represents a diverse portfolio of major advertisers including; Barclays, Sky, L’Oréal & Direct Line Group. The consultancy’s services focus on client and media agency relationships, pitch management and other transformational work.

Scope was launched in 2017 by Tracey Shirtcliff and is the marketing industry’s first big-data scope and budget management platform. Originally designed for creative agencies, today the business is working with some of the world’s largest agencies and is now developing its client base with major advertisers and media agencies.

“Both companies are committed to helping clients create more progressive remuneration models with the use of scope of work technology.”, says Scott Moorhead.

“Scope and Aperto One’s services are complementary. We can show agencies and brands how to price/value an agency’s work, providing all parties with instant, real-time access to detailed information about their SoWs and ultimately give them the ability to optimise resources, outputs and cost. No longer is the scope something that is just set at the start of the year, it’s a fluid moving document – which benefits all parties when managed in a smart way.”, says Tracey Shirtcliff.

The lunch will be held at 13:00 on 12th June 2019. In addition to the luncheon, you can visit Aperto One and Scope who both have stands in the central area of the exhibition zone. ProcureCon Marketing 2019 takes place on 11-13th June 2019 at Twickenham Stadium near London.

Jason talking to us about the value of Scope’s deliverable-based benchmark data to Oliver.

Scope is 4 years in the making. It’s based on the number one premise that Excel and Word are not tools to manage global scope of work. That there is a better way. Armed with the want of a better way and driving a better more joined up process between advertisers and agencies- Scope was born.
