Countless articles and reports have been written about the ‘special sauce’ that makes a client-agency relationship successful. And in each of those articles it talks about collaboration, honesty, alignment of goals and joint engagement in the creative process.
So if we all agree that advertisers know what they want but can’t always create it. And agencies know exactly how to create marketing and media assets but need the client’s minutiae understanding of the product/market to nail it … then why are there no tools that bring the two together?
